The penultimate award is the 'Team of the Season' sponsored by Spike! Magazine. This award is presented to the team who has developed the most expensive squad throughout the regular season. Plenty of contenders but in the end there was one stand out winner...Limb Bizkit! They ended the season with team value of 1,310,000gc. Their nearest rivals were the Wigan Waaaaghriors on 1,220,000gc. It would have been even closer if WW hadn't lost their Black Orc Blocker Bograt for the next game. Will that have any bearing?
