Waaaaghriors come unstuck as Bostik shines!

Well folks the first online RRGBBL final has been and gone a while ago. Apolgies for the late reproting but what a game it was! The two best teams in the league squared off in a monumental tussle. In the end the guile of Limb Bizkit was able to overcome the blunt instrument of Wigan Waaaaghriors. It was a game of ultra violence with injuries on both side but most notably we saw 2000 year old Andrex wiped from existence.

There were heroes aplenty but it was a plucky unknown who really stole the show. Step forward Bostik the zombie and erstwhile frog from fan favourites Oh When The Saints. This guy was subject of a high profile transfer during the game between the Saints and Limb Bizkit. He put in his transfer request shortly after being resurrected by the LB necromancer. Asked if he wanted to sign, his reply of 'Braaaains' was taken as a yes and a star was born. During the final, he continually put his rotting corpse on the line time after time after time. In the end there wasn't really that much of him left but he still did manage to break a black orc's hand with his face.  The fans, in the frog section anyway, were chanting his name and at the final whistle his various body parts were carried from the pitch by the crowd. Truly the hall of fame beckons for this guy!

Ahh...Bostik!

 

I think one of the ghouls scored the last gasp winning touchdown but I couldn't be sure as I was watching Bostik. What a guy...
