And so we move
onto the award for the who’s been on the naughty step the most…that is the
award for Most Casualties caused by a team in the regular season. With the
MatterKhorne firmly ensconced as the toughest nut in the Warp you might think
that KhorneHub were in with a shout for this pot too, yes? No!
The rest of the
team proved to be something of a damp squib. In fact, such was the level of under-performance,
that the coach Sterling even tried to acquire some of Bloodbowl veteran skink and
all round Lustrian hero Welé’s Magic Pills™.
Sadly, not even
that could inject the necessary lead into their collective pencils; it was left
to others to take on the challenge. There were decent performances from Hadoken
and Orcwarts Express with eleven casualties each but it was Red D’evils of
Khorne who finished at the top of the skull pile.
The D’evils ended the season
with a bone-jarring fifteen casualties. The unholy trinity of The Lord, Sydney
and Samael accounting for ten casualties between them with the rest spread
throughout the team. Winning both trophies has even made the arch skull taker sit-up and
take notice.
